- Cancellations done prior to one day will attract 100% cancellation charges. Money will not be refunded
- Cancellations made prior to a week or 3 days will attract no and 50% cancellation charges respectively
- Cancellation of cruise due to weather conditions or any other unavoidable social issue will be borne by the company and the date can be rescheduled
- Refund generally is done within seven working days
- Refund will not be made for late arrival
