Minimum age criteria

Children below the age of 16 are not permitted to ride e-scooters alone. Riders under the age of 12 should always be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old.

The maximum speed limit of your e-scooter should not exceed over 20 km per hour. It is also mandatory to always wear a helmet and reflective vests while riding an electric scooter in Dubai.
Regulations regarding road accidents
